Before ordering a limited edition print
When will I receive my order?
Every print is made to order and carefully custom printed and framed. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped and should be with you within 14 days via Express AusPost Shipping. If you need it by a particular date, let us know via a contact form/Instagram DM and we will do our best to fast track your order.
I saw a shot on your instagram that isn't on the print shop, can i purchase it?
The short answer is probably! (Depending on the image) Get in touch to enquire.
Can I have a framed print shipped to me internationally?
Unfortunately not, international shipping incurs a flat rate of $25 on rolled prints only. This is to protect your print and to get it to you as quickly as possible. They will arrive wrapped in acid free paper and secured within a shipping tube.
How much is Shipping?
We offer FREE Australian Express Shipping on orders over $180! For orders less than $180, these incur a flat fee of $10.
For International orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
What paper do you use?
The paper we use is Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl 310gsm. Our prints have a beautiful pearly gloss finish with a heavyweight look and feel, and superb vivid colours.
If you have a particular paper type in mind, get in touch and we can try to accommodate your request! *this may incur an extra charge*
Order Times for Custom Orders
If you have made an enquiry about a totally custom item e.g. alternative material (acrylic or canvas), please allow extra time for us to process this request and get the show on the road!
The quality of our product is of the utmost importance to us, as well as getting your goodies to you as quickly as possible. Don't worry, we will keep you in the loop every step of the way!

A4 - 21cm x 29.7cm
A3 - 29.7cm x 42cm
A2 - 42cm x 59.4cm
A1 - 59.4cm x 84.1cm
A0 - 84.1cm x 118.9cm (unframed / by request only)

Returns Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your print, so if you come across any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will do our best to make sure you're totally happy.
Please ensure you double check your shipping address as we are unable to refund or reship items that were lost due to incorrect shipping details.
